




Well Butter My Backside and Call Me A Biscuit
This is student work.
Whenever I branch out and try a new breakfast spot, my go to test food is the biscuits and gravy. If you can't make a delicious batch of those, can you really do anything right? While I know none will ever taste as delicious as my Nana's homemade B&G, it's still my favorite menu item to test out.
I've realized there are many poor souls who have never been able to enjoy homemade biscuits on a cool Sunday morning, so I wanted to share the delicious flavors with others. I didn't stop at just the staple buttermilk biscuit, however, that just wouldn't be fair! I explored everything from cheesy bacon biscuits to a sweeter chocolate chip and everything in between.
Yes, I made all the recipes in this book. Yes, I've tried them all. Yes, my Nana's are still the best (but these aren't half bad either).
